This Privacy Policy explains how Usions ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Usions mobile app and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information We Collect

• Account information: phone number, name, username, date of birth, and optional email address.
• Profile information: avatar image and bio if you choose to add them.
• Content you provide: text, images, videos, and audio you upload or post in chats or the Usions feed.
• Device & usage data: device identifiers for push notifications, app version, and basic logs for security and debugging.
• Payment and wallet data: wallet balance and transaction records. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider (e.g., QPay) and we receive confirmation details needed to credit your wallet.
• SMS verification data: verification codes and delivery metadata used to secure your account.

End-to-End Encrypted Chat

Usions uses end-to-end encryption for chat message content. Messages are stored on your device. The server only relays encrypted payloads and does not have access to message content. Encrypted message payloads are retained temporarily (up to 30 days) for delivery.

How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Service (account access, chat, feed, uploads, and payments).
• Send SMS verification codes and push notifications.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
• Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

How We Share Information

• Service providers that help us operate the Service (SMS delivery, storage, push notifications, and payment processing).

• Feed content remains until you delete it or your account is removed.
